Service Provision

Harbor Cloud is an infrastructure service operated by oSEAItic. It provides secure context synchronization and management layers on top of the Harbor protocol.

Access Control

Membership is currently restricted. Authorized users are granted non-transferable access. You are responsible for the integrity of your cryptographic keys and API credentials.

Acceptable Use

[!]Do not utilize the infrastructure for illegal data exfiltration or storage.
[!]Automated abuse of the gateway or attempts to bypass rate-limiting protocols will result in immediate node suspension.
[!]Commercial resale of individual access nodes is prohibited without prior authorization.

Data Ownership

You retain absolute ownership of all processed context. Due to our zero-trust encryption model, synced payloads are technically inaccessible to oSEAItic.

Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" during the early access phase. We aim for high availability but provide no uptime guarantees for the cloud sync layer.
